SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (PAKISTAN ONLY)
We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE shipping on all orders above Rs 3,999
- Flat Rs 200 shipping on orders below Rs 3,999

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days
- Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 3–5 working days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–7 working days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next working day
- You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched

ORDER TRACKING
- A tracking number is sent via SMS and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
- Track your order at any time on our Track Order page

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available all over Pakistan
- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
- Visa / Mastercard (via Shopify secure checkout)

COD POLICY
- COD orders may require a confirmation call before dispatch
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
- If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, future COD orders from that address may be restricted

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier will attempt redelivery or contact you
- After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages
