REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Azyleen, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation message)
- The item was not purchased during a final sale or clearance event

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Free gifts or promotional items

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

3. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason
4. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address
5. Ship the item back in its original packaging
6. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
- You will be notified via WhatsApp once your refund is processed

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp: +92-324-2443946
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please initiate a return upon delivery instead.
